Policy and Evaluation Division

The Policy and Evaluation Division (PED) oversees, monitors, and provides guidance on the Department's affirmative employment program initiatives, including cultural awareness activities, affinity groups, and special emphasis programs. The Division provides advice on the impact of policies and provides guidance to management and key officials on aspects of equal employment opportunity, nondiscrimination, and civil rights. In addition, the PED is responsible for preparing various comprehensive annual reports on EEO.
