Working Outside of U.S.

Special Rules for Working Outside of the U.S.

If a Monday is designated as a legal public holiday and you work outside the U.S., then the first regularly scheduled workday in the week is the holiday (if your basic workweek includes Monday but is not the typical Monday through Friday work schedule).

For example, if you work Sunday through Thursday you’re your non-workdays on Friday and Saturday, you will receive the holiday on Sunday, or the first regularly scheduled workday in the week.
