The Information and Personnel Security Division (IPSD) is responsible for carrying out and overseeing OSY programs related to personnel and information security.

IPSD also performs specific information security functions at the Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB), such as container and document inspections, classified controlled area surveys, NSI inbriefs/outbriefs, and investigations into classified NSI incidents.
